6-Story Commercial Complex Project

Al-Khamash Tower, 30 meters tall, breaks the horizontal expansion trend of mixed-use buildings. Located near Taif Airport on a 1900 sqm plot, it includes offices, restaurants, and cafes. Part of a tower cluster next to the 4-star Villar Inn Hotel, it features large terraces with greenery for vibrant facades

The technologies used

The latest technologies in architectural and structural design were used. The plans were created with AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, images were produced using Lumion, and structural analysis was conducted with ETABS software.
